Ipswich Psychic Fair Event – Mind Body Spirit Festival
Ipswich Psychic Fair Event
The Mind Body Spirit & Wellbeing Festival returns to Trinity Park in Ipswich on 12–13 September 2026, bringing together a weekend dedicated to wellbeing, spiritual discovery and personal development. Organised by Life Arts, the event forms part of a long-running series of Mind Body Spirit gatherings led by founder Chris Cozens, who established Life Arts in 1998 and has been organising these events since 1999.
For visitors searching for an Ipswich psychic fair, the festival provides a large gathering of exhibitors, practitioners and activities. The event will host around 100 exhibitors alongside more than 50 activities, offering talks, demonstrations and experiences across the weekend.
The event takes place at Trinity Park, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 8UH, within the peaceful parkland setting of Trinity Park Events Centre, located close to Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. Opening hours are Saturday 10am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm.
At the venue, guests can move between several dedicated areas including the Talks Space, Workshops Space, Meditation Space, Readers Room, Yoga Space, Music Stage and Food Lovers’ Courtyard.
Across this Ipswich psychic fair, attendees can encounter a variety of wellbeing and spiritual practices including reflexology, massage, yoga, mindfulness, guided meditations, sound healing, Qi Gong, colour therapy and aura work. Practitioners present include mediums and tarot readers, offering opportunities for personal insight and guidance.
For those interested in psychic readings in Ipswich, the event brings together experienced readers and spiritual practitioners in the dedicated Readers Room, where personal readings form part of the wider festival experience. Talks and workshops cover subjects such as mindfulness, colour therapy, aura work, superfoods and personal transformation, reflecting the festival’s focus on mental health and personal development.
Alongside the wellbeing programme, the event also features live music performances on the main stage, with additional performance activities including salsa and belly dance.
Visitors can relax in the Food Lovers’ Courtyard, where a range of food options is available throughout the event, including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and meat dishes, alongside coffee and baked treats.
Across the venue, exhibitors present complementary therapies, spiritual guidance and advice, alongside retail stalls offering items such as crystals, CBD products, spiritual tools, natural skincare, handmade ethical gifts and artisan goods.
Now in its fifth year, this Ipswich psychic fair event continues its community support by donating £1 from every ticket sold to Emmaus Suffolk, helping to support people experiencing homelessness in the region.
The event offers free parking, is wheelchair friendly and welcomes dogs. Under-16s can attend free, and the first 25 paying visitors each day will receive a free goodie bag, with many exhibitors also offering gifts, tasters and special deals during the weekend.
